The support services provided by Cass include personnel from various functional areas. A Business Analyst from Sales and Marketing is assigned to develop a System Specification for new customers. This support service develops and documents the business rules and functional requirements for the transportation, accounting and payables system. The System Specification developed from this process also serves as the operations manual when the system is implemented. The Business Analyst works with the Client Relations team to implement the system.
