Mail Preparation and Balancing
Part Time 20-30 Hours (6 a.m. - 12 p.m.)
Columbus, Ohio
Responsibilites: Sorting exception forms by information supplied on the forms. Organize exception forms in order to match appropriate exception invoices. Prepping exception invoices for routing to the imaging department. Maintains the work area in order to present a neat and professional appearance at all times. Work additional hours as needed.
Skills and Abilities: Attention to detail, ability to grasp and retain information while working in a fast paced environment.
Offsite Utility Invoice Processors
Columbus, Ohio
Duties include entering billing information into a computerized system. Must be able to key a minimum of 9,000 KSPH both alpha and numeric combined. Candidates must have good analytical, problem solving skills and be dependable and quality minded. Previous data entry experience preferred. Must be able to work overtime as needed. Training starts June 2, 2008 and will be done in the office Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. for approximately 90 days. The home schedule is a minimum of 20-25 hours over Saturday/Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Friday. High School diploma or equivalent is required.
