Promoting Open Communication

ensure open communications with our clients, Cass' Project Manager hosts weekly conference calls during the implementation phase to evaluate and update progress. On a monthly basis, Cass Team members send you a customized newsletter of recommendations and highlights specific to your account and vendors as well as system enhancements, process improvements, and industry news.
