Cass Ranks No. 1 in Client Satisfaction in AOTMP Study

"Cass is the market leader in client satisfaction among TEM business process outsourcers,”  says Timothy C. Colwell, AOTMP’s SVP of Global Performance Management.

In a 2011 study of Telecom Expense Management Clients conducted by AOTMP, Cass ranks higher in client satisfaction than all other TEM BPO providers. 859 enterprise professionals at 474 companies participated in the study. Colwell added, “Ratings provided by enterprise clients clearly indicate a high degree of satisfaction and confidence with Cass’s performance across the most common TEM management activities performed."
